[Multimediate Challenge] Challenge paper and evaluation tip

Dear MultiMediate participants, we just uploaded a preliminary version of the paper describing the challenge and baselines to the website (link: https://multimediate-challenge.org/publications/mueller21_mm/). Please refer to this paper in your submissions. We will send another update once the paper is finalised. For your evaluations on the test set, please note that running your code on the evaluation server will take a certain amount of time (depending on your approach). To make sure to get test performances before the deadline, plan for enough evaluation time. Happy evaluating, the MultiMediate organisers
